MY PHILOSOPHY:
My aim is to create the perfect piece for my clients; private or corporate, serious or just for fun. My theorem is that design is the key. After that it is all about scale; where 20 millimetres is referred to as jewellery, 2 metres is sculpture and 20 metres is architecture. Taking it further, 200 metres is referred to as engineering. The continual thread is design. I believe that some of the best outcomes are designs which are can be both Beautiful and Innovative.
MY BACKGROUND:
In 1986 I completed a Bachelor of Design at the South Australian School of Design, Underdale, where I was fortunate to have Frank Bauer, Chris Neave and Stephen Moore as mentors. Over the years I have exhibited in the UK, USA, Japan and Australia. I have built a reputation based around my creativity, and fortunately for me I regularly get to explore new avenues of design and construction.

2007 - Admission to Fellow of the Gold and Silversmiths Guild of Australia.
My works appear in numerous public and private collections around the world.
INSPIRATION:
I am inspired by everything and anything in everyday life, whether it is a particular musical phrase, an experience whilst travelling, food or wine. My biggest inspiration however, is the people that I meet and the interactions that ensue.
